I work in corporate leadership and run my own business. I’ve led teams inside established companies, organized moving parts that affect real people, and made decisions that carry weight.

I’m also a wife and a girl mom of two, so I know leadership does not happen in isolation. It happens in the middle of real life, real responsibilities, and real stakes.
